Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to host and display that content as part of operating the Service. You are responsible for the content you share and must have the rights to it.

Acceptable use

• Don’t post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Don’t harass other members of the community.
• Don’t misuse, disrupt, or attempt to break the Service.

Marketplace

Puzzle listings and trades in the marketplace are between users. We are not a party to these transactions and are not responsible for them.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
