Child Safety Standards

Band of Capes Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”) operates Jigsaw Journal(the “Service”). We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards describe how we prohibit, prevent, detect, and respond to such content and conduct on the Service, and how anyone can report it to us.

Section 1 — Zero-Tolerance Prohibition

The following are strictly prohibited on the Service and will result in immediate removal of content and termination of the responsible account:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any image, video, text, or other content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor.
• Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or any attempt to engage a minor in sexual activity or to obtain sexual content from a minor.
• Sexualization of minors, including in illustrations, avatars, or descriptions.
• Trafficking, endangerment, or any other exploitation of a minor, and links or references directing users to such material.

Section 2 — Minimum Age

The Service is not directed to children. It is intended for users aged 14 and older (or the minimum age of digital consent in your region, whichever is higher). By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. If we learn that a user is under the minimum age, we remove the account.

Section 3 — Prevention & Detection

• User-generated content (profiles, posts, reviews, comments, and uploaded images) is subject to our Terms and community rules, and may be moderated and removed.
• We provide accessible reporting tools (see Section 4) so users and the public can flag CSAE for prompt review.
• We act on credible reports and take proactive steps to keep the Service safe.

Section 4 — How to Report CSAE

Anyone can report suspected CSAE or CSAM to us — you do not need an account.

• In the app: use the report option on a post, review, comment, or profile, or contact us via the app’s support/settings.
• By email: write toservice@bandofcapes.com with “Child Safety” in the subject and any links or details that help us locate the content. We review these reports as a priority.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement first.

Section 5 — Our Response

• We remove violating content as quickly as possible.
• We terminate the accounts of users who create, share, or solicit CSAE, and block re-registration where feasible.
• We preserve relevant information and report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
• We cooperate with law enforcement and lawful requests.

Section 6 — Legal Compliance

We comply with applicable child safety laws and reporting obligations in the jurisdictions where the Service is available, and we align our practices with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy.
